DSK Law in Tampa, FL seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our office. You will handle sophisticated matters in Florida state and federal courts, including contract disputes, business and property litigation, and general civil matters.

We value advocacy, strategic thinking, and collaboration with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 1–5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, business litigation, or civil litigation preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, business, and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case risk.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Maintain organized case files while managing multiple litigation matters.

DSK Law is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our Tampa office. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation, business litigation, contract disputes, property litigation, insurance litigation, and general civil litigation matters in both Florida state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will:
