Job OverviewA law firm seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in Tampa, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex litigation matters across diverse practice areas, including general and commercial litigation, trusts and estates, contract and business disputes, construction, and real estate litigation. The successful candidate will represent clients' interests through vigorous legal advocacy, strategic negotiation, and comprehensive case management.

Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation cases from inception through resolution.

Requirements
