Cole Scott & Kissane seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Florida to handle commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment matters. The role includes taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and appearing at hearings, mediations, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
• Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
