Qualifications & Experience

• Strong research and writing skills and the ability to produce polished, professional documents.
• Knowledge of New York civil procedure.
• Court, motion, and discovery experience, including e-discovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Law Review or Journal experience preferred.
• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation as well as residential commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
• Handle various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Compensation: $220,000.00-$235,000.00, plus bonus
