Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Established Manhattan law firm (founded in 1994) is seeking a junior to mid‑level commercial litigation associate for their growing practice. The right individual has 3‑4+ years of law‑firm‑based commercial litigation experience, including solid research and writing, basic court appearances (motions, court conferences), and a solid grasp of eDiscovery. Prior commercial real estate litigation experience is a plus. This position pays in the $160,000 range (not including a generous bonus) but could go higher for the right candidate.

Full benefits, 401(k), and a hybrid 4‑days‑in‑office / 1‑day‑remote schedule.

Location: Manhattan, NY

Base Pay Range

$150,000 – $170,000 per year.

Additional Compensation
