Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (state and federal).
• Strong writing, analysis, and client communication.
• PA bar is required.
• Experience with commercial/business disputes, real estate, and related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex commercial litigation work with meaningful case ownership.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to prepare pleadings and briefs.
• Appear in court as needed and contribute to trial preparation.

• Labor & Employment-adjacent issues
• Salary: $120,000-$160,000+ (based on experience + fit)
• Bonuses: multi-component structure (objective + tiered + discretionary)
