Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle—from intake through trial.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements.
• Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep.
• Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives.

You’ll carry a general litigation docket focused on commercial disputes, municipal matters, and institutional client representation — handling matters from intake through trial across Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Clients include utility companies, municipalities, school districts, and other commercial and public entity clients.
