The candidate will work on active matters, with opportunities for trial, mediation, and arbitration, and will contribute to writing and research in a collaborative team environment. The position is on-site in Philadelphia, offering competitive compensation between $120,000 and $160,000

Must‑Haves:

• Admission to practice law in BOTH Pennsylvania AND New Jersey (required —please do not apply without both admissions)
• 1–4 years of commercial litigation experience, including dispute resolution
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Ability to support all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial/mediation/arbitration preparation

Nice to Have:

• Toxic tort and/or mass tort litigation experience

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience
