We are a well‑established Philadelphia‑area law firm with a strong commercial litigation practice serving a diverse client base across complex business disputes. Our litigation team handles matters across all phases of litigation — from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, trial, mediation, and arbitration. We also maintain experience in toxic tort and mass tort litigation, offering associates exposure to complex, high‑stakes matters alongside core commercial litigation work.
We believe junior associates grow fastest when given real responsibility early. In this role, you’ll work directly on active litigation matters with genuine opportunities for trial, mediation, and arbitration preparation and experience — not just background research. You’ll be part of a collaborative litigation team that values strong writing and research skills and invests in developing well‑rounded litigators. We offer competitive compensation, a supportive team culture, and a clear path for professional growth in commercial litigation.
