Job summary

Bethesda Firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join their team in Bethesda. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in private commercial litigation across diverse industries and subjects, with a focus on commercial real estate, construction disputes, estates and trusts, or real property.

The role requires experience managing litigation workflow; trial experience is a plus. Admission to MD, DC, and/or VA bars is required.
