Boutique firm in Eastern Montgomery County focused on commercial matters, is looking to continue to grow with the addition of a senior litigator. This small firm currently focuses on transactional commercial real estate and corporate matters and represents major players in the real estate world. The firm recognizes a long term need for a litigation arm and seeks to add a senior litigator to the firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years commercial litigation experience and should have at least some portable business, even if it not a large book. Candidates experienced handling significant matters either for or against big firms would do especially well in this role. Candidates should be open to working out of the firm's suburban office location at least three days a week.

This firm offers excellent salary and benefits, with a very reasonable billable hour expectation (1600 hours). The firm expects the litigation department to ultimately grow, but initially the candidate should be comfortable handling most of the matters independently.
