The Towson-based law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–10 years of experience to join onsite and manage construction disputes, surety matters, and general commercial litigation from investigation through trial and appeal.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction, surety, and commercial disputes from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving parties and witnesses.
• Manage case strategy and litigation deadlines.

An established law firm based in Towson, Maryland with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigator with 3-10 years of experience to join its team onsite with workplace flexibility. This role will focus on construction disputes, surety matters, and general commercial litigation, representing clients from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
