Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active bar admission in MD, VA, DE, DC, or PA.
• 2+ years practicing attorney experience.
• 1+ years commercial or business litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.
• Law firm experience preferred; in-house and solo practitioners encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in courtroom proceedings.
