Qualifications

• Four (4) to seven (7)+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• D.C. bar admission required or eligibility to waive in.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Experience managing complex discovery, including electronic discovery.
• Court, deposition, mediation, and arbitration experience preferred.

Responsibilities
