The candidate should have 4–5 years of experience, a J.D., and be admitted to the DC Bar. Expect responsibilities from pleadings to depositions with substantial courtroom exposure.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience required.
• Active admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar.
• Experience handling written discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation from pleadings through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Conduct complex legal research and translate findings into persuasive arguments.
• Prepare witnesses and defend depositions in complex matters.
• Support trial strategy and collaborate with partners and the litigation team.
• Work on matters involving corporate governance, digital assets, partnerships, and insurance disputes.
