Eckert Seamans seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate for our Pittsburgh, PA office. The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial matters across federal and state courts and help prepare cases for trial.
Requirements include PA bar admission and 4–7 years of experience in commercial litigation, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently, with excellent interpersonal communication.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate for our Pittsburgh, PA office.
The ideal candidate will have complex commercial litigation experience representing individuals and entities in various federal and state litigation matters and experience in all facets of litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial.
