• Manage all phases of litigation: strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and dispute strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams on high-value disputes.
• Engage in direct client contact and develop case strategies from inception to resolution.

• Advise clients on litigation risk, dispute strategy, and business-focused solutions to complex commercial issues.
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on multifaceted and high-value disputes.
• Engage in direct client contact and contribute to the development of case strategies from inception through resolution.

Qualifications:

• JD (2019–2022) from an accredited law school.
