Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of commercial litigation experience.

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing substantive motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Experience managing complex discovery, including electronic discovery.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Manage complex case dockets and electronic discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with clients and teams.
