Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar in active good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial disputes and manage matters with supervision as appropriate.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to advance cases.
• Prepare and contribute to briefs, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and discovery issues.
• Assist with trial preparation and, where appropriate, court appearances.
