Candidates should have substantive litigation experience, including experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and court hearings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and court hearings.
• Texas Bar admission in active good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial disputes with significant responsibility.
• Take and defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and attend court hearings.
• Work directly with partners, clients, opposing counsel and the courts.
