Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience, including depositions and dispositive motions.
• Strong academic credentials with superior writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and participate in court hearings.
• Work directly with partners, clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
