Jobot is recruiting for commercial litigation associates with 3-5 years of experience to join our San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Monica offices. The role offers a challenging docket spanning federal and state matters, with significant bonus potential and a path to first- and second-chair responsibilities across the lifecycle of cases.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with depositions and in court.
• Experience managing complex discovery and ESI.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity to serve as first- and second-chair on various matters across litigation lifecycle.
• Involvement in pre-filing investigation, client intake, and drafting of complaints.
• Trial preparation, handling depositions, working with experts, and appeals.
