Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in California (CA Bar in good standing).
• Minimum 3+ years in business litigation with strong writing and research skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and work both independently and in teams.

Aufgaben

• Draft motions, discovery, briefs and related legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings and law & motion.
• Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
• Perform legal research to support case development and motion work.
