Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in IP, civil litigation, trade secrets, business torts, and governance.
• Ability to represent clients in court, defend depositions, argue motions, and try cases.
• Strong research and writing skills; analytical and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team/player capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters (IP, civil, trade secrets, business torts, governance).
• Represent clients in court hearings, defend depositions, argue motions, and try cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for effective case management.
• Provide legal advice on commercial litigation matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Stay updated on developments in commercial litigation and apply them to work.
