Jobot, a growing Chicago law firm, seeks an Associate through Partner in Commercial Litigation to take on meaningful, sophisticated disputes and build a personal practice with strong client relationships.

Compensation includes billable and origination bonuses, with lower/upper hour requirements for Partners/Associates, and a platform that rewards growth and business development. Hybrid Chicago location with solid earning upside.

Qualifications

• Commercial litigation experience.
• 1800-hour billable requirement.
• Portable book of business, ideally $200K+.
• Desire to develop client relationships and grow a practice.

Responsabilités

• Handle sophisticated commercial disputes through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediation and trial prep.
• Collaborate with clients and build a personal practice.
• Drive business development and client origination.
