Qualifications

• Commercial litigation experience.
• 1800-hour billable requirement.
• Portable book of business, ideally $200K+.
• Desire to develop client relationships and grow a practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial disputes through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediation and trial prep.
• Collaborate with clients and build a personal practice.
• Drive business development and client origination.
