Qualifications

• 1+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy.
