Job summary

You will conduct legal research, appear in Massachusetts courts, develop strategies with senior attorneys, pursue debtor assets, and maintain clear client communications while upholding ethical, results-driven representation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law with knowledge of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights.
• Experience drafting and arguing Motions, including prejudgment and post-judgment relief.
• Trial experience in Massachusetts and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for commercial disputes.
• Prepare mechanic’s liens and related enforcement documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex commercial disputes.
• Appear in Massachusetts courts for hearings, motions, trials, depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and client updates.
