Partners Legal Search is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated litigation practice in Boston. The associate will handle a broad range of complex business disputes, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and case strategy, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and active Massachusetts admission.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• 2–4 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Active Massachusetts bar admission.
• Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and e-discovery.
• Deposition and courtroom experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Managing written and document discovery.
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy.
• Supporting complex corporate and commercial disputes.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Participating in hearings and court appearances.
• Working directly with clients on case strategy and developments.
• Managing matters and deadlines with increasing independence.
