This full-time, on-site Commercial Litigation Associate role is located in Framingham, MA. The associate will manage commercial litigation and collection matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing mechanic’s liens and related enforcement documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing complex commercial disputes, appearing in Massachusetts courts for hearings, motions, and trials and depositions and judgment enforcement actions.
