Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bars.
• Minimum three years of experience in relevant practice areas.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage an active caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active litigation and transactional caseload.
• Represent financial institutions and commercial clients in litigation and creditors' rights matters.
• Handle foreclosure actions from commencement through sale.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and hearings.
• Appear in Massachusetts and Rhode Island courts.
• Assist with bankruptcy proceedings and commercial transactions.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments.
