Job summary

The Framingham based Law Offices of Alan M. Cohen & Associates LLC is seeking a paralegal with 3–10 years of litigation experience to join our growing commercial practice.

The ideal candidate will handle document preparation, review pleadings and motions, and perform legal research to support our attorneys in fast-paced matters. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with Clio, and excellent organizational and communication skills are preferred as we offer a collaborative

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of Litigation Paralegal experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
• Experience drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions.
• 1+ year of Clio experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings for litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys.
• Review and summarize documents and maintain organized files.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to meet deadlines.
