Dauntless Discovery in Las Vegas seeks a Business Litigation Associate for its full-service international law firm. The candidate will handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters across the country and contribute to a fast-paced trial practice.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong civil procedure knowledge, deposition experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Nevada bar admission or eligibility is required; clerkship is a plus.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters.
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in case management, depositions, and managing expert witnesses.
• Must be admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission.
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred.
