Qualifications

• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Active Nevada Bar license and admission to practice in Nevada.
• Strong commercial litigation, research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters, including business disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and submissions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Assist with case strategy, planning, and trial preparation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
