The role covers all phases of commercial and creditors’ rights litigation, emphasizing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion hearings. NJ/PA bars required; NY a plus; remote work options may apply.
Stark & Stark has a full-time opening for a Litigation Associate within our Commercial Litigation group, in our Hamilton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-directed and detail-oriented, and have the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have an exceptional opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging but collegial environment.
The position will be responsible for all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings; conducting written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and handling oral motion hearings. Experience handling real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, bank workouts, commercial foreclosures replevin actions and bankruptcy litigation is a plus.
