Stark & Stark is actively recruiting an associate attorney for our Hamilton, NJ, office to handle commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-directed and detail-oriented, and have the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have an exceptional opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging but collegial environment.
The position will be responsible for all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings; conducting written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and handling oral motion hearings. Experience handling real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, bank workouts, commercial foreclosures replevin actions and bankruptcy litigation is a plus.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to solve problems independently.
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is required. Admission to the New Jersey bar is a plus, and admission to the New York bar is also a bonus.
