The Standard Legal Recruiting, a boutique litigation recruiting firm, seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Silicon Valley team. The role involves handling high-stakes class actions, complex commercial disputes, and IP litigation for startups and Fortune50 clients.

2–5 years of substantive litigation experience in national, regional, or boutique firms; experience in federal and California state courts preferred; strong research, writing and communication skills with experience drafting

• 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience in national, regional or boutique firms.
• Experience in federal and California state courts preferred.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills; proven ability to draft pleadings and briefs.
• Hands-on discovery experience including document production and depositions.
• Top-tier law school credentials; federal clerkship strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-stakes class action, complex commercial, and IP litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Conduct discovery, oversee document production, attend depositions, and prepare expert witnesses.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior litigators and develop an independent client base.
