Job summary

The Standard Legal Recruiting is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate for a Silicon Valley boutique expanding its team. The role covers class actions, complex commercial, and IP litigation for startups and Fortune 50 companies.

2-5 years of substantive experience in litigation, strong writing skills, and a top-tier law school credential are required; federal clerkship preferred. The hours are demanding yet the environment emphasizes quality and growth.

Qualifications

2-5 years of substantive litigation experience at a national, regional, or boutique firm.
Experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents.
Discovery experience including document production and depositions; hearings/mediations a plus.
Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school; federal clerkship preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle high-stakes litigation across class actions, complex commercial, and IP matters.
Work with experienced litigators and take on meaningful responsibility early in your career.
