Our practice focuses on critical life‑cycle events such as formation, hiring, incentives, funding, acquiring, and positioning for acquisition. Deal work, such as venture financings and acquisitions, are a core part of our practice. We also often serve in an outside general counsel role for our clients, handling day‑to‑day legal needs.
This is a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney role focused on complex business disputes. You will work as part of a team across matters that vary in scope and subject matter, contributing across different stages of litigation based on your experience and the needs of the case.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of litigation work rather than a narrow or repetitive workflow. You will be expected to take on meaningful responsibility as part of a team, develop your judgment, and grow your ability to handle increasingly complex matters over time.
Base salary: $230Kto $250K depending on experience
