Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 per year

Our attorneys handle complex matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and other forums, with a practical, strategic approach focused on achieving meaningful results for clients.

What You'll Do
  • Manage substantive aspects of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
  • Lead and manage fact and expert discovery, including depositions and document discovery.
  • Develop and implement e-discovery strategies and manage discovery processes.
  • Take and defend depositions and assist with expert witness preparation.
  • Identify and address discovery issues and disputes.
  • Work closely with partners and clients on case strategy, legal analysis, and matter management.
  • Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple matters with strong judgment and organization.
  • Delegate work to and mentor junior associates while effectively managing matters both independently and as part of a team.
  • Participate in client development and business development initiatives as appropriate.
What We're Looking For
  • General commercial litigation experience.
  • Strong state and federal court experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, discovery disputes, motion practice, and expert discovery.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to independently manage substantive litigation matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Active bar admission in the attorney's resident or affiliated office jurisdiction.
  • Candidates with government litigation experience who are interested in transitioning to private practice are also encouraged to apply.
