The candidate will work on matters spanning general commercial, IP, securities, and employment disputes within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation at a large law firm.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• California Bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of commercial litigation matters, including general commercial, intellectual property, securities, and employment disputes.
• Participate in litigation matters at different stages, contributing to strategy and execution within a team.
• Draft and respond to motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in court proceedings as appropriate.
• Conduct factual investigation and manage document review, including electronic discovery.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys across active matters.
