Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in employment and commercial litigation, including cases involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, shareholder disputes, business torts, and breach of contract.
• Provide legal advice to employers and executives on employment contracts, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, bonus and commission plans, and employee handbooks.
• Draft and review legal documents such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, and litigation filings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to support litigation efforts.
• Gain exposure to corporate law, governance, transactions, and real estate over time.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective communication and legal guidance.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in employment law and commercial litigation.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Experience in providing legal advice and drafting employment-related documents.
