• Employer: A growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm with over 12 offices across the state
• Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Passed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• At least 2 years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred but not required
• Experience with depositions
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements
