Job summary

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking an attorney to handle general, commercial, and appellate litigation. You will drive matters from inception to conclusion, shaping strategy at multiple stages. The role requires extensive discovery, deposition prep and trial participation, with significant courtroom experience at state or federal levels.

Bar admission in NY or NJ is a plus. You will develop business and manage junior associates, delegating tasks and coordinating support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general, commercial, and appellate litigation.
• Drive matters from inception to conclusion and shape strategy.
• Discovery, deposition prep, motions, hearings, and trial experience.
• Ability to delegate to junior associates and manage staff.
• Some NY or NJ bar admission is a plus.
• Travel generally under 10% but may vary by case.
