Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from a ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania; NY or NJ a plus.
• 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including appeals.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level, strategic aspects of multiple matters from inception to conclusion.
