The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience and experience with all phases of litigation, including appeals.

The successful candidate will drive matters from inception to conclusion, work with senior practitioners, and contribute to a collaborative, ethical practice in a busy Philadelphia setting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required.
• 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including appeals.
• Ability to drive matters from inception to conclusion.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Significant courtroom experience including appeals.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level and strategic aspects of multiple matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate clearly with attorneys and clients and maintain thorough documentation.
• Work independently and productively and pursue a career in litigation.
• Produce quality legal work and bill the required hours to ensure excellent client services.
• Assist in business development and generation of new business through group and individual efforts.
• Comply with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.
