Qualifications

• 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including appeals.
• Ability to drive matters from inception to conclusion.
• Outstanding writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Significant courtroom experience (state and/or federal).

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously handles high-level, strategic aspects of multiple matters from inception to conclusion.
• Communicates clearly with attorneys and clients, ensuring understanding and regular updates.
