Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and admitted to practice in PA; NY or NJ admission is a plus.
• 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience including appellate work.
• Ability to manage matters from inception to conclusion with strong writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level and strategic aspects of multiple litigation matters at varying stages.
• Communicate clearly with attorneys and clients; maintain attention to detail.
• Work independently, drive matters to conclusion, and assist in business generation.
• Produce quality legal work and meet billed hours expectations.
• Collaborate within a large, collaborative team and adhere to ethical standards.
