Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate in San Francisco, CA. The role offers on-site work with hybrid/remote flexibility and a permanent track, with a starting salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have CA bar admission, 3+ years of business litigation experience, and strong writing, research and communication skills. The firm provides comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment.

• Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings and law & motion.
• Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
• Perform legal research to support case development and motion work.
