Job summary

W3Global in Greenville, SC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its commercial litigation team. The role offers exposure to complex business disputes, meaningful courtroom experience, and professional development alongside senior litigators.

The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, an active SC Bar license, and at least two years of commercial litigation experience with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing required.
Minimum of 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.

Responsibilities

Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.
Research complex legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs.
Prepare for and conduct depositions, witness interviews, hearings, and trials.
Argue motions and participate in trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and litigation priorities effectively.
