Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. is seeking a motivated attorney to join our Commercial Litigation team in Greenville, South Carolina, with a focus on complex business disputes, securities litigation, and investment conflicts. The successful candidate will represent closely held businesses, private equity firms, investment funds and individuals in sophisticated, high-stakes commercial matters involving ownership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, governance conflicts, securities-related litigation, and business separations. This position offers substantial responsibility and hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on complex motion practice in federal and state courts. We are seeking a committed candidate with exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in representing clients involved in sophisticated financial and business disputes. Two to five years of litigation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred. The firm also offers hybrid work schedules, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Candidates will have an immediate opportunity for case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
