Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Research complex legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, witness interviews, hearings, and trials.
• Argue motions and participate in trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and litigation priorities effectively.
